| The centaur presents, in my mind, a fascinating synergy between two equally beautiful animal components. This particular specimen originated in around 1997, as the main character of a comic series called "American Centaur". He was originally an FBI agent and then a CIA agent before then the project was finally scrapped. Years later, I decided that this character was simply too good to die, and I put him in Metroburg as a Paranormal Investigator.
Brian now works for the Department of Unusual and Paranormal Examination and Security, a secret interdimensional organization committed to maintaining order in areas outside the realm of modern science. Of course, the irony of being an otherworldly anomaly himself is not lost on him (he says it gives him a credibility boost). |
